Open Positions

Trim Tab occasionally hires instructors, program staff, teen mentors, teaching assistants, logistics coordinators, and other support roles for camps, cohorts, and special programs. Available roles may be paid, volunteer, seasonal, part-time, project-based, or program-specific depending on the opportunity.

  

We look for people who care about youth, believe in hands-on learning, and can help create welcoming, practical, confidence-building experiences for students. Some roles require technical, teaching, or facilitation experience. Others require reliability, patience, curiosity, and a willingness to support young people as they explore new possibilities.

 

Trim Tab is a small, rapidly growing organization, so we look for people who are self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable taking ownership of their work. Strong candidates communicate clearly, manage details well, follow through consistently, and bring an entrepreneurial mindset to solving problems and moving projects forward.

 

Because our programs serve youth and often involve many moving pieces, we especially value people who are adaptable, mission-aligned, and able to support students with respect, encouragement, patience, and appropriate boundaries. Some roles may require a separate application, interview, onboarding, screening, training, or other requirements before working with students.
