Trim Tab programs are powered by people who help students feel welcome, capable, and brave enough to try something new. We look for instructors, teen mentors, teaching assistants, logistics support, program staff, and other helpers who believe in hands-on learning and know how to follow through.

Some roles are paid, some are volunteer, and some are seasonal or program-specific. The common thread is simple: care deeply, communicate clearly, take initiative, and help create the kind of environment where students can build confidence, skills, and possibility.
