Young people carry an extraordinary amount of curiosity, but the world rarely gives them the time, tools, or support to explore it. Trim Tab was created around a simple idea: small, intentional shifts that create massive impact over time.
It’s why we chose the name. A trim tab is the tiny rudder that helps turn an entire ship. In the same way, the right experiences, community, and opportunities can change the direction of a young person’s life.
