Selam Dickerson

Selam Dickerson brings together technology, entrepreneurship, food systems, and community engagement. Professionally, she has worked as a technical support engineer and systems analyst and holds technology credentials including Microsoft SQL database development. She is also the founder of Rollin’ Harvest, a mobile farmers market created to bring fresh and culturally diverse produce into neighborhoods, support small-scale growers, and reduce barriers to healthy food access. Her concept was a finalist in the International Rescue Committee’s 2025 New American Dream Lab, and she has since been featured as a food-systems advocate with New Roots SLC. At Trim Tab, Selam has supported the less-visible work that makes youth programs possible, including camp planning, logistics, volunteers, student mentors, community outreach, and program operations.
