You might give time, share professional expertise, support programs and events, or help behind the scenes with outreach and operations—whatever fits your strengths and season of life. Operations & Support
Strengthen TrimTab from the inside so programs can reach more youth without burning out a tiny team. Operations volunteers might craft newsletters or social posts, help with basic website or SEO tasks, support fundraising campaigns, assist with grant research and drafting, or track and follow up with partners so nothing promising falls through the cracks.
Facilitators & Mentors
Help young people dive into hands‑on projects, discover new tools, and see what’s possible for their futures. You might co‑facilitate a workshop, visit a cohort as a guest speaker, coach a small group during a build session, or review portfolios and projects as youth get ready for real‑world opportunities.

Events & Logistics
Bring TrimTab’s programs to life by helping our camps, showcases, and community events run smoothly and feel welcoming. You can support setup and check‑in, greet families and partners, assist with room flips between sessions, or capture photos and basic notes that help us tell the story of the day.
Advisors & Connectors
Lend your perspective as a community or industry leader to help steer TrimTab’s growth and keep us grounded in real needs and opportunities. Advisors might join one or two gatherings a year, offer light feedback on strategy or programs, flag emerging opportunities in your sector, and occasionally open doors or make introductions when it feels like a good fit.
